Dear Customers, if you compare our tariffs with the average tariffs in Kyiv, you will see that our prices are lower.
AventA translation agency was established in 2004 by the group of initiators – managers and translators, who have worked a couple of years in the translation companies.
Having studied all pros and cons of operation of similar companies in Kyiv we arrived at the conclusion that frequently the prices for translation services are overrated because of expensive rental fee (often these are big offices at the center of Kyiv), expensive advertising, expensive and unnecessary equipment at the office and often an unjustifiably huge number of employees.
Meanwhile, it is not a secret that the translators (particularly those with abundant operational experience) work at a flexiplace (not at the office), they have unified price-lists for all translation agencies which depend only on the language, subject of the text, urgency of translation. That’s why we won’t reveal a secret if we say that the translators working for our translation agency also work for the majority of translation agencies.
We are trying to minimize our expenses: we don’t pay high rental fee, have a small manager staff, don’t pay for expensive advertising, don’t order production and maintenance of exclusive site, expensive light boxes, flyers, pens, cups, lighters and other promotional products. The only thing which we don’t spare the money on is attraction of experienced translators and good software, for OUR MAJOR PURPOSE is the quality and observance of time-frames.

PRICE-LIST NOTES
Written translation
a) 1 page = 1,860 characters with spaces and punctuation marks in the translation. This does not apply to the languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, etc. where the cost of the order is calculated by the source or by the target file (translation), whichever variant is in Russian or in Ukrainian.
b) the cost of the order given in the Price List includes the electronic version and one printed copy of the translation.
c) a standard workload for the translation categories 1-3 is 7-8 pages per 24 hours and 5-6 pages per 24 hours for the translation categories 4-6.
d) an urgent order means that the number of the pages to be translated is more than the standard workload per day, or a small amount of work to be dealt with within a very short period of time, even if it’s just one certificate to be translated. An urgent order may be delivered within at least: 3 hours.
Consecutive And simultaneous interpretation
1. We accept orders for at least 3 hours of consecutive interpretation.
2. We accept orders for minimum 2 hours of simultaneous interpretation.
3. If the services are to be provided outside Kyiv, the customer will have to pay the interpreter’s visa, travel, accommodation and daily allowances as prescribed by laws in force. In such case, we calculate the cost of the order based on an 8-hour working day.
OTHER SERVICES
Proofreading: if you have a machine or poor-quality translation to be proofread, AventA may refuse the order or quote it by using the translation prices.
