- Certifying Translation
- Certifying original and other translation copies
- Certifying document photocopies
- Qualified translator’s presence at a Notary's office
Translation Certification
or – if using the legal language – certifying the translator’s signature authenticity.

An original or a legible copy. |
Notarial certification procedure: |
The translation will be attached to the original document or to the copy if you still need the original. We only certify the translator’s signature, i.e. accuracy of the translation. |

Certifying Original and Other Translation Copies
or – if using the legal language – certifying the translator’s signature authenticity and confirming that the copy fully corresponds with the text of the original document.
You need: |
The original document to be photocopied. |
Notarial certification procedure: |
We make a copy of the original document. The copy is then attached to the translation. The Notary’s stamp containing the word ‘Photocopy’ is affixed on the front cover of the copy, while on the reverse in the heading of the notarial stamp the Notary certifies both the translator’s signature and accuracy of the copy. |

Certifying Document Photocopies
You need: |
The original document to be photocopied. |
Notarial certification procedure: |
We make a copy of the original document. The Notary’s stamp containing the word ‘Photocopy’ is affixed on the front cover of the copy, and the Notary stamps the reverse page certifying that this is the true copy of the original. |

Qualified Translator’s Presence at a Notary's Office
This service may be required if a foreigner needs to effect a deal in a Notary's office.
You need: |
